How far in advance should I book a VIP DJ experience?
We recommend booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance for club nights and yacht parties, and 3–6 months ahead for major festivals. Popular events like Tomorrowland and Ushuaïa residency nights sell out months early, so earlier is always better.
Are the backstage passes and meet & greets guaranteed?
We only list backstage and meet & greet experiences we have confirmed access to. Artist schedules can occasionally shift, and in rare cases we will offer an equivalent or superior alternative — or a full refund if we cannot deliver.
Can I book a VIP experience for a group?
Absolutely. Most of our experiences are ideal for groups of 4–20, and our yacht and villa packages are built specifically for groups. Contact us with your group size and we'll tailor a package accordingly.
What destinations do you cover?
We operate across all major global nightlife hubs including Ibiza, Miami, Berlin, Amsterdam, London, Dubai, Mykonos, Las Vegas, Barcelona, and major festival sites across Europe and beyond.
Do you handle flights and hotel bookings too?
Yes. Our full luxury travel add-ons include business class flights, five-star hotel bookings, and private airport transfers. You can add these to any experience package when you enquire.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made more than 30 days before your experience are eligible for a full refund. Within 14–30 days, a 50% credit is applied. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all bookings. Contact our team to discuss specific circumstances.
